Jolei Patton

I am thrilled to be coming to Renaissance High School to help students navigate their high school career and their post-secondary pathway. I started in education as a high school math teacher and after 10 years transitioned into a high school counselor job after finishing my masters degree in counseling. I have ten years experience as a school counselor and I love what I do. It is an honor to walk alongside students as they navigate who they are and what their passions are. I believe my job is to partner with parents, teachers, and students so the student has the best experience possible. 

I love being with my family (husband and two children) doing fun experiences; whether that is going to a sporting event, exploring Colorado, or traveling outside of the US. My husband and I love showing our kids what this world has to offer. I love listening to audio books and I am always looking for my next reading adventure, so please share your favorite reads with me.
