Erica St. Germain

Hi! I’m Erica St. Germain, a Special Educator and insurance agency owner with a heart for helping others thrive—both in the classroom and in life. I’m passionate about supporting all learners and creating inclusive environments where students feel valued, capable, and inspired.

I believe laughter, kindness, and connection are at the heart of great teaching. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing sports, dancing, fishing, boating, or planning our next travel adventure. I’m also a proud animal lover and dog mom to Annie (16) and Roy, our adorable Yorkie–Cavalier mix.

Most importantly, I’m a wife and mom to three incredible boys—ages 23, 20, and 6—who keep life full of purpose and joy. I feel honored to be part of a school community where stewardship, growth, and heart-centered work matter.
